If you have an internet connection you need to have a Magic Jack. I can't say enough good about this impressive product. It has won product of the year several times. The product is so inexpensive. It is also great for for people who live off grid. It is really good for people who have lap tops because it is so small it is not difficult to carry around with you all you need is a head set. If your computer system is running optimally so will your magic jack the more bugs you have on your computer the more it will affect how you can receive and send calls. So hey don't blame them. You can always reboot it if you are having difficulty.
